What you need ( for 1 person):
- 1 pear, cored and coarsely chopped
- 125 ml soy or rice milk ( I found a bio combination of both, and what is better is that is unswetened)
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
