Avocado & Pear Smoothie

What can be more fulfilling and healthy in a morning than a smoothie... This recipe is wonderful for people who diet and need a kick of healthy saturated good fat from the avocado. Is so easy to make and so wonderfully creamy and nice, you will fall in love with this smoothie :)

What you need:

- half of a ripe avocado
- 200 ml of fresh pear juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 60 gr low fat yogurt
- 6-7 cubes of ice
- vanilla essence ( optional. I prefer my smoothie without the essence. I feel the creamy taste of the avocado and the sweetness of honey much better like this).

How to make it:

1. Prepare the pear juice just when you start preparing the smoothie. Best juice is always fresh and please chose to make it yourself.  Add the freshly made pear juice to blender. Add the half of avocado to the blender, the yogurt and  honey goes in the blender too and then add the cubes of ice. If you wish, you can add the vanilla essence as well. 

2. Blend all for about 1 minute until it becomes creamy. Pour it in your drinking glass and garnish it with a thin slice of avocado. Drink it up and enjoy a health boost :)....
