Bresaola, Goat Cheese and Strawberries Salad

I stopped treating fruits as plain fruits a while ago... I realized how wonderful they are in different salads and slow cooked meals ... For example I love my recipe of chicken and tangerines in the oven... I will post it one day...
But, for tonight, I made a really healthy and colorful salad... I loved it...The taste of strawberries mixed with that creamy goat cheese and the yummy taste of the bresaola was simply wonderful, light and fulfilling

What you need ( for 2 people):

- aprox 12 slices of Bresaola ( is an air-dreid, salted beef, that has been aged two or three months until it becomes hard and becomes dark red in color)
- green salad
- 2-3 pieces of scallions ( green onions)
- 5-6 strawberries
- aprox 70-80 gr of goat cheese
- juice of half of lemon
- 3-4 tbsp of olive oil

How you do it:

1. Line a serving plate with 6 of the Bresaola slices. Put the plate aside. On top of it you will arrange your salad.

2. Break the green salad by hand into a glass bowl ( I never cut my salad with a knife so I avoid any oxidation from the knife). Cut the scallions ( green onions) and add it on top of the salad.

3. Crumble the goat cheese by hand in medium pieces, adding it on top of the salad and then add the olive oil and the lemon juice.

4. Slice the strawberries, add them to the bowl of salad and mix the salad

5. Arrange the salad on top of the Bresaola slices you prepared on the plate earlier and serve your salad.
