This is a salad that I prepare often at home...When in need for something fast, tasty and healthy I go to my kitchen cupboard and take two cans of two types of beans, some onion and some other very few stuffs and here I have a good salad in a blink of an eye
What you need:
- 2 small cans of two types of beans ( red and white, preferably biggish in size)
- one red onion
- 4-5 cherry tomatoes
- half of bell pepper
- 2-3 pickled conishon cucumbers
- olive oil
- vinegar
How to do it:
1. Drain the two cans of beans into a strainer for a couple of minutes and then put the beans in a bowl.
2. Cut the onion and add it to the beans
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in pieces and the conishon pickled cucumbers and add them to the bowl. Add also some olive oil and some vinegar and stir the salad.
4. Enjoy the salad just like this, but if you prefer a less healthy version of it, you can fry some small sausages and add them to it : P...Sometimes some tasty little stuff like the sausages may take you through a hard day :)...
